It's always a good idea to keep your store cupboard and freezer stocked up but during these uncertain times, it's now even more relevant.  Cooking healthy family meals can be very easy with the right basic ingredients and we make it as simple as possible with our quick but delicious recipes.

So, if you want to make sure that you are prepared or you would like to avoid going to the shops as much as possible, read on for our suggestions on what to buy. Plus an added bonus in these times - you only need one of everything (no need to stockpile!) and the list doesn't include toilet paper!!!

Store Cupboard Essentials

  1. Spice Pots or any curry spices / curry powders.  They keep for ages and save you having to buy multiple individual spices.
  2. Balsamic vinegar
  3. Dijon or wholegrain mustard
  4. Soy sauce
