The hardest thing, for me, when I've got people coming for lunch or dinner is deciding on what to cook. I had my brothers and their families round for Sunday lunch recently and I didn't want to do a roast as I needed to prepare most of it the day before. I stuck to what I know best, Indian food. We skipped the starter as I knew the main course would be very filling.
