Favourite Spice Pot: Goan - I love spicy food!

Favourite Spice Pots recipe: The very simple Lentil Daal is my favorite recipe. I love daal on hot buttered toast for a simple mid-week dinner.

Favourite memory from 2021: Spending so much time with my family. I loved that we played cards and silly games together so often during lockdown. And there were no kids activities!

What are you looking forward to most in 2022? Launching new blends for Spice Pots!

Favourite Spice Pots recipe: Slow Cooker Chicken Korma - a little bit more effort than other Spice Pot recipes - but totally worth it!

Favourite memory from 2021: Finally getting a puppy (after years of wishing!) who was so small she had to be lifted in and out of the back door as she couldn’t get up the steps on her own!

What are you looking forward to most in 2022? My first ever water sports holiday with the family - and my first music festival in 2 years!

Favourite Spice Pots recipe: Cauliflower Tikka Masala - it’s so rich and comforting, amazingly delicious.

Favourite memory from 2021: Falling in love with a tiny seaside village in Cornwall - we visited it not once but twice in 2021! (I’m keeping the village name a secret 😉)

What are you looking forward to most in 2022? Returning to said village for 2 weeks straight in summer! Can’t wait!!

Favourite Spice Pot: Bhuna because I’m terrible at making up my mind and it’s such a versatile spice.

Favourite Spice Pots recipe: Bhuna Butter Chicken is a crowd-pleaser every time. 

Favourite memory from 2021: Turning 30. I had just started at Spice Pots and I got such a lovely ‘Taste of East Lothian’ hamper, and although there were restrictions, I managed to have the best time celebrating with friends and family.
