Sweet Spice Granola
Super easy, homemade granola. Delicious with yoghurt for breakfast. Or try our porridge recipe here.
5 tablespoons of coconut oil
4 teaspoons of Spice Pots Sweet Spice Blend
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
40g coconut flakes
60g mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans)
60g mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
Heat the oven to 180.
Put the coconut oil in a baking tray and put in the oven, just to melt. Once melted remove and add the maple syrup and mix. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and bake in the oven for around 8 minutes.
Decant into an airtight container.
Serve with nut, oat or hemp milk or with yoghurt. Yum!
