Sweet Spice Smoothie
This healthy smoothie is delicious for breakfast or as a mid-morning snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon sweet spice
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup or algave syrup
- Ice, 4 - 6 cubes
Whizz it all up together and emjoy!
