DISPATCH TIMES

Orders received up to midday are shipped the same day from our Workshop (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Prices range from  £8.00 to £22.00 depending on the weight of the parcel. 

Please note that duty fees and admin charges will need to be paid on receipt of the parcel.  Unfortunately, this is out with our control.

Prices range from £16.65 to £24.25 depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

REFUNDS

We want our customers to be 100% thrilled with Spice Pots. If you're unhappy, we're unhappy.

If for any reason you aren't pleased with your order, please reach out to us within 28 days of your purchase. Due to the nature of the pots and it being a food product, we do not offer exchanges and can not accept items to be returned for re-sale. We always wish to hear feedback and review & respond to refund requests on an individual basis.
