Such a simple dinner for kids tea! Cook in the oven or on the BBQ in the summer. Serve with a simple salad and you could even combine with our Satay Sauce recipe for a sticky delight!
This makes enough marinade for around 8 drumsticks.
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Honey
1 chilli (optional)
Garlic, 1 clove crushed (leave out if using Tandoori Masala Blend)
1 tsp Korma, Bhuna, Goan or Tandoori Masala
Chicken Drumsticks or Breasts
Mix it all up together and pour over / rub on chicken breasts or drumsticks. Cook in the over or on the barbecue.
Super easy and delicious.
Recipe note: I always buy 2 packs of drumsticks and make double the marinade. I then freeze the second pack of drumsticks, coated in the marinade. Whip it out the freezer for a super easy midweek dinner for the kids. Serve with our Cous Cous and a simple green salad.
