- Due to problems with missing parcels as well as high fees for the recipient, we have suspended all EU and Worldwide Delivery.
- We can still send parcels at your request. If you would like a quote to send a parcel abroad, please get in touch with what you would like to order and then we can quote a price for the delivery.
- For accurate quotes, we need to measure and weigh the parcel and so we cannot give you an accurate quote without knowing what you would like to order.

Include your order number and a photo if possible — this helps us sort things quickly.
Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty tins or kits for health and safety reasons.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or credit in line with your consumer rights.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
