Every baker’s cupboard should have this Sweet Mixed Spice blend. But it’s not just for baking, use to add flavour to puddings, pancakes, crumbles, granola or as a porridge topper. A little taste of Christmas with it’s hint of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg but too good not to use all year round.
