Spice Pots Top 7 Work Lunches

During the colder months, I like to have something hot to eat at the office as I tend to get cold sitting behind my computer all day!  As I'm also trying to eat less bread, I find the combination of a warming soup and a hearty salad does the job of keeping me full until I get home for dinner. Jazzing up Vegetarian and Vegan Cooking with Spice Pots

I've never been a vegetarian, but I was a very fussy child and ate mostly raw vegetables, lots of salad and a bit of roast chicken on a Sunday at a push! I was brought up on the traditional 'meat and 2 veg' and my parents had the most amazing vegetable and herb garden, so we were lucky enough to have delicious, sometimes unusual and incredibly fresh vegetables.
