Gift wrapping
Let us make your gift buying experience as easy as possible. The whole package. A perfectly presented gift, elegantly wrapped with tasteful paper and proper ribbon in a contrasting colour, sent direct from our store. We like to make it personal. We’ll carefully hand write your message and attach to your thoughtful gift. And of course, no prices will be included.
The paper and ribbon colour will vary and will be seasonal.
Please let us know if this is for a particular occasion for example for a birthday or for Christmas.
If you have ordered multiple products, please let us know which product you would like us to wrap. This gift wrapping service includes wrapping one item in your order.

UK DELIVERY
- SAME DAY Shipping for all orders received by 13.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and by 12.30 on Fridays.
- FREE TRACKED DELIVERY for all orders over £55
- STANDARD SHIPPING: £4.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 days)
- EXPRESS SHIPPING: £5.50 Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days)
- NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £12.75. Order by 12.30pm. Delivery Monday to Friday.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
- Please note that whilst we will continue to dispatch your orders promptly, deliveries will take longer over the busy Black Friday and Christmas Periods.
- Royal Mail's guides for delivery times will be significantly longer during this time.
- Friday 19th December Order by 12.30pm - Last postage date for Tracked 48 (our standard delivery service) and Tracked 24.
- Monday 22nd December Order by 1.30pm - Last post postage date for Next Day Delivery (£12.75)
- Please note that on 24th & 31st December orders must be in by 10.30am to guarantee same day dispatch.
EU DELIVERY AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
- Due to problems with missing parcels as well as high fees for the recipient, we have suspended all EU and Worldwide Delivery.
- We can still send parcels at your request. If you would like a quote to send a parcel abroad, please get in touch with what you would like to order and then we can quote a price for the delivery.
- For accurate quotes, we need to measure and weigh the parcel and so we cannot give you an accurate quote without knowing what you would like to order.

- We want our customers to be 100% thrilled with Spice Pots. If you're unhappy, we're unhappy.
