  EU DELIVERY AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

  • Due to problems with missing parcels as well as high fees for the recipient, we have suspended all EU and Worldwide Delivery. 
  • We can still send parcels at your request.  If you would like a quote to send a parcel abroad, please get in touch with what you would like to order and then we can quote a price for the delivery.   
  • For accurate quotes, we need to measure and weigh the parcel and so we cannot give you an accurate quote without knowing what you would like to order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We want you to be completely happy with your Spice Pots order.
    Please email info@spicepots.com within 48 hours of delivery if:

    • your parcel arrives damaged

    • an item is faulty

    • you’ve received the wrong product

    Include your order number and a photo if possible — this helps us sort things quickly.

    Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on non-faulty tins or kits for health and safety reasons.

    If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or credit in line with your consumer rights.

    This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
