It is recommended we eat F I S H at least 2 times a week as part of healthy diet. Fish is probably the best source of omega 3 fatty acids which are incredibly important for maintaining a healthy body and brain. Rich in minerals, vitamin D and calcium too.
We have lots of different and delicious recipes to help ensure you include fish as part of a healthy eating plan. All our Spice Pot blends work really well with fish for maximum flavour and health benefits. Our recipes are really simple to follow using very basic ingredients - ideal for quick mid-week dinners and many are kid friendly too.
