I needed to cook ‘tea’ for my son’s hockey team. The chicken Bhuna recipe for 35 people was an easy recipe to follow and they absolutely loved it after a chilly match.
V Happy so far. Tried Bhuna and Goan (with pork, of course). Will get spice tin package for the bairns at Xmas. As for your "from a mother who gets it" slogan, I can only offer my warmest congratulations, coupled with a little envy.

The Goan refill is beautifully complex in flavour. I’ve used it on its own to make a simple curry or two and also used it with fresh chilllies and ginger. Wonderful stuff. My grown up lads raid my cupboards are very nice and then too.
Really, really pleased with our beautiful set of Spice Pots! As well as the gorgeous design of the pots and the lovely tin; they make yummy-scrumptious curry! Our first attempt was vegan for me and we used all items from the larder - so tasty and easy and lovely..! Just a bit sad we’ve finished all the left overs… looking forward to our next curry tonight!
