Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Spice Pots. If something isn't right, tap the chat bubble on our website or email info@spicepots.com and we'll sort it out.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described

Let us know within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We'll refund or replace it, whichever you prefer. Replacements go out within 2 working days, free of charge, and we'll cover any return postage.

If you change your mind

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. For food safety, items must be unopened and in their original condition. Please let us know first, then pack the items safely and include your name, order number and reason for return. Return postage is paid by you.

Refunds

We refund within 5 working days of your return arriving, to the card or account you paid with.
