Spice Pots is a brand of Natural Larder Collective Ltd, registered in Scotland (company number SC541901), registered office Unit 8, Haddington Retail Park, Haddington, EH41 3FW. Contact us through the chat on our website or at info@spicepots.com.

Ordering

When you place an order, we'll email to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

See our Shipping policy. We deliver to UK addresses only.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. For food safety, items must be unopened. See our Refund policy for how to return items and when you'll be refunded.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described, see our Refund policy. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Product information

We take care to describe our blends accurately, including ingredients and allergens. Always check the label before use, especially if you have an allergy. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real thing.

Our liability

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Reviews and content

If you post a review or send us content, you let us use it on our website and marketing. Please keep it honest and polite.

Using our website

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, scraping it, or uploading anything harmful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring a claim in your local courts and keep the protection of your local consumer law.

We may update these terms. The version on our website when you order applies to your order.
