Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses. We aren't shipping internationally or to the EU at the moment.

Delivery costs

• Free delivery on UK orders over £45.
• £4.50 on orders under £45.

Delivery times

Every order is packed and posted from our warehouse at Unit 8, Haddington Retail Park, Haddington. Our warehouse dispatches Monday to Friday. Orders arrive in 2 to 4 working days by Royal Mail or FedEx, depending on weight. Busy times like Christmas can take a little longer, so please order by 18 December for Christmas delivery.

Gifts

We never show prices on the despatch note, so you can send an order straight to the person it's for. Add a gift note in your basket and we'll write it by hand.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order isn't with you within 5 working days, tap the chat bubble or email info@spicepots.com and we'll make it a priority.
