Bhuna is a style of curry from Northern India where it is cooked to the point of the sauce clinging to the meat. We've invented lots of recipes to use with our Bhuna Spice Pot - you won't find a Bhuna Butter Chicken in India for example - this is a Spice Pots invention!
Spice Pots are Indian spice blends to make simple and delicious Indian-inspired food. Our recipes are easy and quick and ideal for busy people! Our pots are store cupboard essentials, ensuring you can make tasty meals with very basic ingredients. There is also a refill option available.
Spice Pots contain only the highest grade spices (no nasties) and are naturally gluten, salt and sugar free. Many of our recipes are also dairy free.
We are constantly adding new recipes to our website, so please join our mailing list to receive new recipes as they are added.
How much to use? All the recipes give details but as a general rule, use 2 teaspoons per person for curries, less for marinades and seasoning.
Other basic ingredients you might use along side Spice Pots include onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, coconut milk, pulses, vegetables, fish and meat.
