This is a delicious, quick and easy recipe. The slightly spiced, salty fries go so well with cold beer! Serve with a chutney or a raita. You could also cook these on a barbecue for a quick snack whilst the main event is underway.
250g pack of Halloumi
2 tsps oil
1 tsps Tandoori Masala Spice Pots blend
In a small bowl, mix the oil and the spices. Cut the halloumi into chips. Rub the oil / spice mixture over all sides of the halloumi. Fry until golden, about 5 minutes.
A hit with the kids and as an accompaniment to beer for my husband!
