This is a very simple marinade for chicken. Or use with other meats or vegetables. My kids love this over chicken drumsticks and cooked in the oven or on the BBQ. Can be used with any of our Spice Pots but miss out the garlic in the recipe if using the Tandoori Masala pot as this contains garlic powder. The marinade is dairy free and vegan (if you substitute the honey for either algave nectar or maple syrup).
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Honey / Maple Syrup, Algave Nectar
1 chilli (optional)
Garlic, 1 clove crushed (leave out if using Tandoori Masala Blend)
1 tsp Korma, Bhuna, Goan or Tandoori Masala
Mix it all up together and pour over / rub on chicken, pork, vegetables. So simple and so yummy!
